Is smoking allowed in the cabins?

You are permitted to smoke outside, but please refrain from smoking on the covered patios or near open windows as additional charges may apply. Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins. No cigars permitted on premises.


Can we use the hot tub in winter?

Yes, our hot tubs are available year round. Occasionally they need to be drained and cleaned and may need additional heating time.


Can we use candles?

Candles are not permitted in any of the cabins. Battery-operated candles are available upon request.


Is there cell phone coverage at the cabins?

Cell phone reception can be spotty. Some plans will have coverage while others will not. A landline phone is provided to the left of the office doors for local calls only.


Is there Internet access in the cabins?

Complimentary Internet service is provided. At times, the Internet connection is unavailable.


Is there Air Conditioning in the Cabins?

There is no central air in the cabins, but being in the foothills we have cool mountain nights. We do supply AC units in the bedrooms and portable fans for added comfort.


Do you allow weddings or special events at the Cabins?

The grounds are for registered guests only; we do not allow weddings or special events.


What is supplied in the kitchens?

The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and a limited number of spices.


How does Pizza on the Patio work?

Guests choose their pizza toppings and requested bake and our chef creates the pies. The pizzas are delivered and guests bake their pies in our wood-burning oven, overlooking Bear Creek. Pizza on the Patio requires minimum 24-hours notice and is weather-permitting. 2-pie minimum.
