Policies and Cancellation Agreements

Payments

  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and travelers checks
  • Sales tax of 4.6% is in addition to rate
  • Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests are $50.00 per guest – per night for Huckleberry House only – 4-guest maximum
  •  No refunds for shortened stays

Deposits

  • Cabins are held with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX
  • 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation.
  • Credit card will be charged remaining balance of reservation the morning of check-in

Cancellations

  • There is a $25 cancellation fee per cabin after booking
  •  No charges if more than 3 weeks of arrival less the $25 cancellation fee
  • Within 3 weeks of arrival date, 100% of booking is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent cabins for nights booked, if re-rented charges will be returned less a cancellation fee of $25.00
  • No refunds will be made after check-in or for shortened stays
  • Special payment and cancellation policies apply over holidays

Additional Policies

  • The cabins and covered porches are non-smoking, and cigars are not permitted on premises.
  • Although we love pets, they are not allowed
  • Check out time is 11:00 am
  • The Cabins and grounds are for guests only. Visitors will be asked to leave and additional charges may apply.
  • Children under 5 are not permitted in these facilities.
  • We are not responsible for weather conditions.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of other guests on the property.

Our elk and deer love to sleep; please respect them with quiet evenings.
