No. Our grounds and cabins are for registered guests only for the enjoyment and privacy of all our guests. Maximum 16 guests on the entire property at any time.
We love furry friends, but pets are not permitted in the cabins to ensure a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests.
As of January 1, 2021, tobacco use is prohibited at the property except in designated parking lot areas. Cigars are banned entirely on the property.
There is no central air conditioning, but our foothills location provides cool mountain nights. All bedrooms have AC window units and portable fans are available upon request.
All cabins have modern Smart TVs with Google Chromecasts. Live cable/streaming is available via Hulu app. You can also log into your personal Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and similar services.
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, though our mountain location may cause occasional instability. Cell phone reception is spotty and varies by carrier.
Fully equipped kitchens include cookware, utensils, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Gourmet kitchenettes feature refrigerators and microwaves but lack stoves/ovens. The Bootlegger Barn has limited kitchenette facilities.
Yes! A shared hot tub is available year-round, though it occasionally requires maintenance and draining.
Yes, hairdryers are provided in every cabin.
Open flames are prohibited in the cabins. Battery-operated candles are available upon request for ambiance.
Shuttle services have limited availability and require advance arrangements. Uber and Lyft may operate in the area with no guaranteed service.
Within 21 days of arrival, 100% of the booking is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the cabins for the nights booked. Cancellations beyond 21 days incur a $25 fee per cabin. "Flexible Cancellation" add-ons are available during booking. We recommend trip insurance for all reservations.
Yes! Weddings are permitted at rates starting at $1,200/hour for an 8-hour rental. However, overnight guest stays are unavailable during events. A wedding planner is required for all wedding events. Learn more about weddings.
