Historic Evergreen is the quintessential local for everything Colorado has to offer. Tucked away off of I-70 (just past the buffalo) and a straight shot up the winding Morrison canyons, Evergreen’s central location is the best place to start your exploration of this beautiful state.
From Evergreen go south to find the geologic wonder that is Red Rocks Park, also known for its amazing outdoor concerts due to pristine natural acoustics. Evergreen is full of shops and eats of a big city, you’re bound to find something up your ally to make you feel at home.

Continue east just half an hour from Evergreen and you will find the grand mile high city of Denver, with all the shops and eats of a big city. Due west and just 45 minutes from Evergreen you will find the rugged Rocky Mountains with all the ski resorts and parks that it holds, or you could just spend your time exploring the quaint town of Evergreen.
With our little downtown set at the bottom of the dam holding Evergreen Lake, the heart of the town lies here where during the summer and the winter activities abound at this center of activity. For a historic look at the town visit The Hiwan Homestead for a look at the first settlers in town, or just up I-70 in Genessee visit Buffalo Bill’s grave, exploring his exciting life in the west.
